I wonder why administrators in small rural schools get themselves raises while cutting services to students,including excessing tenured teachers? And basing the job losses on details that are personal. A small school (less then 450) does not need two or three administrators. This is the tip of the iceberg. How can we encourage the stakeholders to take a look at what is really going on inside of their school?
